What is Beyoung's Cancellation Policy?

• 1. Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
• 2. To cancel your order, raise a cancellation request via our WhatsApp chat support.
• 3. We'll send you a confirmation email to the registered address.

Please Note: Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer receives a faulty product upon delivery, they can raise a return request.

For COD orders only, a Cash Collection Charge of INR 50 per product will be applied. For example, if your order includes three products, the Cash Collection Charge will be INR 150.

We use 100% trusted and secure payment gateways. It is completely safe to pay online via credit card debit card, and net banking transactions.

The COD option may not be available for the following reasons:

• 1. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
• 2. The products you ordered may not be available for the COD option.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount shown in your order summary. All products include taxes.

Make sure you have entered the correct account details and your internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process.

If the amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within 48-72 business hours. If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank. In metropolitan areas, orders are delivered within 1-4 days after processing. While in the rest of Bharat, delivery takes 4-7 days after processing.

Here are our return and exchange policy:

• We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
• For a smooth return and instant exchange process, please note that all product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
• We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
• Product(s) purchased during clearance sale, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts on products, brand collaboration promotions, or any activity/event/campaign with a free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. The T&Cs will be mentioned when you apply the coupon code.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Boxers.

Reverse Pickup Services

• We provide a reverse pickup service for your convenience. The product(s) must pass quality inspection for instant return, or exchange process. A reverse shipment is free of cost. Each order will have two reverse pickup attempts.
• Self-ship in case of non-serviceable areas: If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.
• Refund for Self-Shipping: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and after passing a quality check. You will receive a full refund plus up to INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges). The amount will be refunded to your provided bank account for Prepaid or COD orders.

For prepaid orders: Once the returned product(s) passes the quality check at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours. The amount should be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For COD orders: After the product(s) passes the quality check at our warehouse, the refund will be issued instantly as a coupon code. This coupon code will be sent to your registered email, SMS, or WhatsApp and will be valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.

If your PIN code is outside our courier partner's serviceable areas, you may need to self-ship the product(s). Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and after passing a quality check. You will receive a full refund plus up to INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges). The amount will be refunded to your provided bank account for Prepaid or COD orders.

The refund for prepaid orders usually takes 7 to 10 business days from the date it is initiated. However, for COD orders the refund is instantly issued as a coupon code which is valid for 12 months from the date it is received.

Once the product passes the quality check after it reaches our warehouse, the refunds are initiated within 24- 48 hours and should be reflected in your original payment source within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Care Instructions for Single Jersey Topwear (T-shirts)

1. Washing: Machine wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Wash/dry inside out to preserve the fabric and prints. Avoid using chlorine-based detergents or bleach.
