Jab We Met and Paatal Lok Actor Asif Basra found dead in Himachal Pradesh, suicide suspected.
Bollywood actor, Asif Basra is best known for his not-worthy role in ‘Jab We Met’, Paatal Lok, and co-starring with Sushant Singh Rajput in ‘Kai Po Che’ has died by suicide, it has been reported. He also featured in numerous plays in India and abroad, performing in English, Hindi, and Urdu theatre productions.
The actor is known for his role in the thriller series Paatal Lok, and Hostages. Mr Basra had appeared in a number of Bollywood films, including a movie on the 1993 Mumbai blasts Black Friday, Jab We Met and the 2002 Gujarat riots Parzania.
Asif Basra had a house on lease in Mcleodganj, Himachal Pradesh – a place popular among tourists – and used to visit the hill station often, news agency Press Trust of India reported.
