Grated Carrot or Cabbage- 150 Grams
Finely Chopped Coriander- 4 Tablespoons
Cornflour- 5 Tablespoons
Black Pepper powder- 1-2 Pinch
Salt- According to taste
Cooking Oil- 500 ml
How To Prepare?
Add Boiled grated potatoes, grated Carrot or Cabbage, finely chopped Coriander, Cornflour, Black Pepper Powder, and Salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well all the ingredients to get a dough-like consistency. Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them with the help of your fingers then deep fry them until they turn golden brown.

Ingredients
Chopped Garlic- 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Onion- 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Green Chilli- 2
Chopped Tomato- 1 Medium Size
Tomato Puree- 250 Grams
Black Pepper-1-2 Pinch
Chilli Powder- ½ Tablespoon
Salt- According to taste
Vinegar-½ Tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup- 2 Tablespoons
Oil- 2 Tablespoons
Boiled Macaroni- 150 Grams
How to Prepare?
Add cooking oil in the pan, when the oil heats up add the chopped Garlic and wait till it turns brown. Add Chopped Onions and Green Chilli. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped Tomato and mix well. Add chopped Capsicum and wait a few minutes, then add Tomato Puree, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Salt, Vinegar, and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame. Add boiled Macaroni and mix well.
Serving Tip: Spicy Masala Macaroni is a complete dish in itself and does not require other things to enhance the taste, but even if you want you can have it with Mayonnaise.

Ingredients
All-Purpose Flour- 100 Grams
Chilli Flakes- ½ Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Teaspoon
Salt- According to taste
Water- 100 ml
Paneer- 350 Grams
Bread Crumbs: 50-70 Grams
Chilli Powder-½ Teaspoon
Cooking Oil- 250 ml
How to Prepare?
Take a mixing bowl and add All Purpose Flours, Chilli Flakes, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, and mix well. Add water and stir until it gets a smooth consistency. Cut the Paneer in small cubes and then add those cubes in the mixture. Keep the coated Paneer cubes aside for 10 minutes. Take another bowl and add Bread Crumbs, Chilli Powder, Salt, and mix well. Take the marinated Paneer with Bread Crumbs and then fry the cubes until they turn golden brown.
Serving Tip: Serve the freshly made Crispy Paneer Popcorn with Ketchup or any variety of Chutney that you like.

Ingredients
Boiled Rice- 2 Cups
Oil- 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Garlic- 2 Tablespoons
Soya Sauce- 1Tablespoon
Vinegar- ½ Tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder- ½ Tablespoon
Chopped Carrots- ¼ Cup
Chopped Onion- ¼ cups
Chopped Bell Pepper- ¼ Cups

How to Prepare?
Heat a pan on high flame with Oil and add chopped Garlic slightly. Add other chopped vegetables and wait till they get fried (max 2-3 minutes). Add boiled Rice, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder, and Salt to taste. Mix them all well and wait for 1 minute before turning off the flame.
Serving Tip: If you want to enjoy your Fried Rice meal, then you can have it along with any variety of Soup or Hot Coffee.

Chow/ Noodles- 100 Grams
Soya Sauce-2 Tablespoons

Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 Tablespoon
Onion-½ cup
Cabbage-¼ cup
Capsicum-¼ cup
Cooking oil- 4 Tablespoons
Green Chilli- 1-2
Black Pepper Powder-¼ Tablespoon
Salt- According to taste
How to Prepare?
Boil the Chow/ Noodles and keep them on the side. Heat the Oil in Pan and add Ginger Garlic Paste in it, stir for a few seconds and then add all the other vegetables. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes and then add boiled Chow/ Noodles to it. Wait for a few seconds and then add Soya Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, and Black Pepper Powder, and Salt. Mix all the ingredients in the pan and let it cook for a minute.
Serving Tip: Take the Chowmein on the plate and serve it with Tomato Ketchup. You can also use Red Chilli Sauce if you like Spicy Food.
